Pancakes galette with ham and fried egg
Spoon the flour into a large bowl and make a well in the middle.
Pour a little milk and break 1 egg above it. Whisk together with a fork and add the rest of the milk to a smooth batter while stirring.
Then whisk lightly with a whisk. Add a pinch of salt and let the batter rest for a few minutes.
Bake 4 pancakes of the batter in a bit of butter.
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Cover the pancakes with grated young cheese and strips of cooked ham.
Fold them into a square by folding all sides of the circle. This way, a small space remains open in the middle.
Place the pancake flap on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Carefully break 4 eggs and let 1 egg slide on each galette in the opening in the middle so that the yolk lies in the hole and the egg white flows out a bit.
Fry the galettes in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Delicious as a main course with a salad.
