Fried mussels with mushrooms
Baked mussels with crème fraîche, peppers, mushrooms and baguettes.

Wash the peppers, clean them and cut into cubes. Wipe the mushrooms clean and cut into slices. Heat in a frying pan of oil.

Fry the mushrooms for about 3 minutes, remove from the pan and keep warm. Heat the rest of the oil and fry the peppers for about 3 minutes. Peel the garlic, press over the paprika and fry.

Add the mussels and cook for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and crème fraîche and heat them. Season with salt and pepper. Server with baguette.
