Winter risotto with bacon
Wintry risotto broccoli, mushrooms and bacon.

Bring water to a boil and dissolve the bouillon tablet.

Bake the bacon strips in a frying pan without oil or butter in 5 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the pan.

Add the risotto rice to the remaining bacon fat and fry the rice for 3 minutes while stirring.

Add in portions ⅙ broth while stirring and let the rice take the broth.

Put the lid on the pan and fry the risotto on low heat 10 min. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the stir fry mix 5 min.

Boil the broccoli in plenty of boiling water in 4 minutes. Spoon the bacon and vegetables with the risotto.

Add the cooking cream and heat the dish for a further 1 min. Add the nutmeg and season with pepper.

Serve the dish in deep plates.
