Cajuna chops with spicy pineapple


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans (bag of 500 g), red onion, spring onions (3 pieces), pineapple slices (on juice (227 g)), sweet onions (pot a 340 g), curry powder, brown rice (pack a 1 kg), shoulder chops (a 360 g), cajun spices (jar a 90 g) and butter or margarine.

Directions

  1. Cleaning green beans.
  2. Clean and chop red onion and spring onions.
  3. Drain and finely chop pineapple and silver onion.
  4. Mix red onion, 1/4 part of spring onions, pineapple, silver onion and curry powder.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Boil rice in plenty of boiling water with salt according to directions on packaging.
  7. Rest of the spring onions by scooping rice.
  8. Meanwhile rub pork chops with cajun spices, salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Heat large frying pan with butter and chunks around brown bowls and over medium heat with lid on pan in approx.
  10. 15 min.
  11. If necessary, add a few tablespoons of water.
  12. Meanwhile, green beans in plenty of boiling water with salt to taste in about 8 minutes.
  13. Drain boiling water.
  14. Spread rice and green beans over 4 plates.
  15. Place chops next to it.
  16. Serve with spicy pineapple salsa..
