Veal schnitzel with nutcracker
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, hazelnuts (or cashew nuts, unsalted), breadcrumbs, flour, egg, uncolored veal schnitzels (a ca. 125 g), salt and freshly ground pepper, lemon and butter.

Nuts coarsely grind and mix with breadcrumbs. Flower seven above flat plate. Drip in a deep plate of egg with 1 tablespoon of water. Cut the schnitzels with salt and pepper and swirl them through flour. Cut cutlets through egg and then through nut mixture. Press the nuts well and let the paneer layer set for 5 minutes. Cut the lemon into 8 parts.

Fry butter in frying pan and lightly brown and cooked for about 3 minutes per side. Serve with wedges of lemon. Tasty with baked potatoes and (asparagus) broccoli.
