Fish dish of cod, onion, garlic, fresh coriander, cayenne pepper, haricot beans and a mashed potato.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Cut the cod into pieces of approx. 2 cm. and sprinkle with 1 tsp salt. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the coriander. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes while stirring over high heat.

Season with garlic, cayenne, paprika, pepper and salt. Grate the lemon zest above and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cod and cook for 2 minutes. Squeeze the lemon. Add the string beans and cook for 1 min.

Season with lemon juice, pepper and salt.

In the meantime, prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packaging. Season with the rest of the oil, coriander, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Put the fish mixture in the oven dish.
