Spicy chicken chop
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, fresh ginger (grated), garlic (pressed), sambal badjak, sweet soy sauce, honey, sunflower oil and chicken chops.

Mix the ginger, the garlic and the sambal in a bowl. Stir in the soy sauce, the honey and the oil and season the marinade with pepper. Smear the chicken chops well with the marinade and put the meat back in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Place the chicken chops on a greased griddle over medium hot fire and grill them in approx. 30 minutes until done; times they regularly.

Sprinkle the chicken chops after roasting with toasted sesame seeds, grated coconut or chopped peanuts for an extra oriental flavor.
