Couscous with spicy meat sauce

Bring the water to a boil.

Transfer the couscous to a bowl and stir in the boiling water with salt and half of the olive oil.

Let the couscous covered for 10 minutes.

Heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the shawarma meat on high heat in 3 minutes brown. Spoon it on a plate.

Stir fry the Tuscan vegetables, zucchini and Italian herbs for 2-3 minutes and pour in the pasta sauce.

Add the meat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the cucumber into pieces of 5 cm and cut it in quarter lengthwise.

Spoon the couscous into deep plates and spread the sauce with meat and vegetables.

Serve with the cucumber.
