Directions

  1. Pull the sheets off the sausages and crumble the meat. Fry it at medium height together with the garlic and the onion until lightly browned.
  2. Add the tomatoes without the juice and make them smaller with a fork.
  3. Let the sauce boil for about 5 minutes at medium height. If the sauce gets too thick, add some tomato juice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in plenty of water with the bouillon tablets.
  5. Drain and crush with the grated zucchini and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with the meat sauce.
