Endive-paprika stew with sausage

Well the sausages in hot water. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and cook for 20 minutes. Heat the margarine in a frying pan and brown the sausages.

Pour a dash of water into the sausages, put a lid on a pan and roast the sausage in 20 minutes until done. Cut the pepper into strips. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the pepper for 2 minutes. Prepare the gravy according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat the milk in 4 sec. in the microwave at 900 watts. Drain the potatoes, crush them and mix with the endive and pepper. Season with milk, salt and margarine. Serve with sausage and gravy.
