Mustard puree with sausages and garden peas


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes (peeled), oil, sausages, garden peas (frozen, 450 g), butter, coarse Zaanse mustard, whole yogurt and rucola salad (a 75 g).

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a bottom of water with salt with the lid on the pan in 20 minutes until done.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 15 min.
  3. Around brown and cooked.
  4. Remove the peas directly from the freezer with the butter and 4 tbsp water in a pan.
  5. Cook the peas in 3-5 minutes over medium heat until done, shovel regularly.
  6. Drain the potatoes and stamp them with the mustard, yoghurt and the rest of the oil into a smooth puree.
  7. Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
  8. Spoon the arugula through the mash and scoop the peas and the sausages.
  9. Serve immediately..
