A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: crumbly potatoes (approx. 150 g), winter roots, walnuts (50 g), raisins, salad dressing yoghurt (bottle a 450 ml) and slimie fresh and creamy garden herbs (100 g).

Directions

  1. Drill potatoes, prick and cook in microwave at full power (700 watts) in approx.
  2. 12 min.
  3. Cover potatoes covered with kitchen towel for approx.
  4. 10 minutes.
  5. Peel and grate peels.
  6. mix carrot with walnuts, raisins and salad dressing.
  7. Puffed potatoes on top and sprinkle with a little salt.
  8. Frisk and creamy in potato creation.
  9. Serve potato with carrot salad..
