Pappardelle with mushrooms and ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, chestnut mushrooms (in slices), crème fraîche, herb broth powder, Grana Padano ((or old cheese), grated), chilled pappardelle (pasta, a 250 g), raw ham (for example Parma Ham, in strips), fresh parsley ((30 g) and finely chopped).

Heat oil in frying pan and cook over medium heat in 10 min., Shovel once in a while.
