Steak with garden herb butter
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon (scrubbed), butter (at room temperature), dill ((15 g), leaves chopped), flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), basil (( 15 g), leaves finely chopped), sea salt (coarse), potatoes (slightly crumbly), steaks (at room temperature) and olive oil.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the grater and 1 tbsp juice with 150 g butter, dill, parsley, garlic, basil and sea salt. Put the butter on a piece of cling film, roll up to a nice tight roll and tighten the ends of the foil. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into quarters. Boil in water with salt in 15 min. Almost done. Drain, put back in the pan and leave from the fire with the lid on the pan for 5 minutes. Heat 25 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in 15 minutes until golden brown and done. Times regularly.

Brush the steaks with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan and fry the steaks on high heat for 4 min. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and leave to rest for 5 minutes under aluminum foil. Cut the herb butter into slices. Divide the potatoes over 4 plates. Place the steaks and spread the slices of herb butter over the steaks. Tasty with haricots verts.
