Curry dish with tofu and mushroom
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: basmati rice, onions, chestnut mushrooms (a 250 g), sunflower oil, tofu stir fry finely spiced (180 g), korma curry paste coriander and coconut (80 g), whole yogurt and garnish almonds (55 g).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean mushrooms.

Cut large mushrooms in half or cut into quarters.

In pan onion in oil, golden brown fruit.

Tofu for 2 minutes.

Add mushrooms and stir-fry for approx.

3 minutes.

Make curry paste with vegetables, briefly fry and stir in 200 ml of water and bring to the boil.

Let simmer for approx.

10 minutes.

Yoghurt by sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Serve with rice and garnish with almonds.

Delicious with cucumber salad with garlic dressing..
