Stew with mustard and arugula
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (floury), butter, onions (in rings), winter carrots (in thin slices), Dutch (beef meatballs (360 g)), coarse mustard and rocket (75 g).

Peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices. Heat 25 g of butter in a large pan and fry the onion for 2 min. Add the winter carrots and cook for 2 min. Add the potatoes and water until everything is just below. Add salt to taste. Cook in 20 min. Until done.

Heat 25 g butter in a frying pan and fry the balls in 3 min. Brown. Add 75 ml water and roast 12 min. With the lid slanted on the pan.

Drain the potatoes and winter carrot and collect a cup of cooking liquid. Mash the potatoes and winter carrot with the mustard and some cooking juices with the puree mash. Season the arugula and pepper and salt to taste. Serve with the meatballs.
