A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, baby potatoes ((700 g), halved), oregano, coarse mustard, rib chops, spinach à la crème (a 450 g and deep-freeze).

Directions

  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a stir frying the potatoes in 13 min. Golden brown and done. Add the oregano and salt after 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the mustard with 2 tbsp oil. Brush the pork chops with it. Heat the grill pan and grill the pork chops in 8 min. Brown and done. Times regularly.
  3. In the meantime, heat the spinach over low heat. Serve the pork chops with the spinach and potatoes.
