Indian mussels
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels, oil, spring onions ((a 3 pieces), in slanted pieces), coconut milk and tikka masala sauce (a 400 ml).

Rinse the mussels under running water.

Remove mussels that are broken or that do not automatically close after a large tap on the counter.

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the spring onions for 1 minute (keep 1 spring onions separately).

Place the mussels on the spring onion.

Mix the coconut milk with the tikka masala sauce and pour it into the pan.

Cook the mussels with the lid on the pan for 5-8 minutes until done; shake the pan (with lock cover) occasionally well.

Remove the mussels that have not opened after heating.

Sprinkle the mussels with the pieces of spring onions..
