Chop the onion and chop the garlic and pepper into pieces.

Finely chop the parsley.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the onion, garlic and paprika for 3-4 minutes on a low heat.

Put the minced meat through and fry it on a higher heat.

Sprinkle the paprika powder, cumin and sugar and add a few drops of hot pepper sauce and salt to taste.

Stir the tomato cubes with the juice through the mince and let everything simmer for about 15 minutes until the moisture has evaporated to a large extent.

Preheat the oven grill to the highest setting.

Place the cut-up rolls with the cutting edges upwards on the grill grid and grill them for 10 minutes under the hot grill element for 1-2 minutes until they just start coloring.

Place the bottom of the buns on plates and spoon the mince mixture on top.

Sprinkle parsley over it and cover with the top of the buns.
