Macaroni salad with salmon and cucumber
Pasta salad with salmon fillet, cucumber, spring onion and cress.

Prepare the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta and allow to cool. Cut the salmon into 12 strips.

Boen and peel the cucumber and cut into cubes. Cut the spring onion into thin rings. Heat in a frying pan oil and fry salmon bars for 3 minutes until done.

Let the salmon cool down. Beat a sauce of halvanaise, olive oil, vinegar, mustard and pepper and salt to taste.

Cut the cress loose. Scoop the cucumber, spring onion, sauce and cress through the pasta. Spread the pasta over the plates and put the salmon bars on it.
