Pure and honest citizen
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cucumber (in thin slices), cherry tomatoes ((250 g), in quarters), red onion (in thin rings), white wine vinegar (250 ml bottle), lean minced beef, egg, bread crumbs (packet) 150 g), dried Italian herbs, sunflower oil (bottle 1 liter), corn balls (a 2 pieces) and ketchup.

Ingredients
- Cucumber in thin slices
- 1 tray Cherry tomatoes (250 g), in quarters
- 1 Red onion in thin rings
- 50 ml White wine vinegar bottle of 250 ml
- 2 x 150 g lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 30 g bread crumbs pack of 150 g
- 2 tl dried Italian herbs
- 1 el sunflower oil bottle 1 liter
- 2 bags maize rolls a 2 pieces
- Ketchup

Mix the cucumber in a bowl with the tomatoes and onion. Pour the vinegar over it. Let stand for 30 minutes. Scoop occasionally. Meanwhile, mix the mince with the egg, breadcrumbs, herbs, pepper and salt. Knead with wet hands. Divide the mixture into quarters and make a 1 cm thick burger from each portion.

Heat the grill pan. Brush the burgers with the oil and grill them in 6 min. Just done. Turn halfway.

Let the vegetables drain into a colander. Halve the buns and top with some vegetables. Put the burgers on them and add more vegetables. Finish with some ketchup.
