Lamb with spinach
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onions (coarsely chopped), oil, lamb patties (in cubes of 4 cm), fresh ginger root (grated), garlic (pressed), chili pepper (crumbled), mild Indian curry paste (pot a 283 g ), ready-to-cook spinach, red pepper (in strips), red pepper (in rings), fresh coriander ((a 15 g), coarsely minced meat) and lemon juice.

Fry in oil for 5 minutes in oil.

Cut in pieces of meat and fry for 2 minutes.

In a bowl stir ginger, garlic, chili pepper, curry paste and 1 tsp salt.

Spread the herb paste with meat, add 1 min.

And add 250 ml water.

Stew the meat with the lid on the pan for 1 hour.

Season with peppers and red pepper with lamb and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Nice with basmati rice..
