Cod with white-bean puree
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white beans ((370 g), drained), milk, savory (can of 7 g), olive oil, cod fillet (about 150 g), garlic and ready-to-cook string beans (150 g).

Rinse beans in sieve with cold water.

Heat beans with milk, savory and pinch of salt in a small pan.

Fry beans with hand blender or in a food processor, add some olive oil.

Remove the puree back into pan and keep warm on low heat, stirring regularly.

Drain cod and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In frying pan with non-stick coating, heat 1 tbsp oil and cook cod in 4 min.

On each side until golden brown and cooked.

In wok garlic in the rest of oil, add the beans and stir fry for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Season the beans with salt and pepper.

Pour the bean paste and string beans on the plate, lay the cod next to it..
