Tofu skewers and roasted bok choy
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: garlic, ginger on oil basis (jar 135 g) and pak choi.

Light the barbecue.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the flesh into strips.

Slice the garlic. Make a marinade of the red pepper, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and honey. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the tofu into 8 slices. Put in a bowl and pour the marinade over it. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the pak choi in quarters lengthwise.

Thread each slice of tofu with 2 skewers (you can easily turn them over) and place them on the barbecue.

Sprinkle the bok choy with the marinade left in the dish and place on the barbecue.

Grill the tofu and bok choy in 8 min. Until golden brown and done. Times regularly. Serve with the rice.
