Pancakes with liqueur and strawberries

Melt the butter.

Cut the strawberries into slices.

Cut the fresh mint into thin strips.

In a bowl, beat the flour with the eggs, milk and three quarters of the melted butter into a batter and leave it for at least 1 hour.

Spoon the strawberries with the fresh mint and a few tablespoons of liqueur (or orange juice) in another bowl.

Spread a small frying pan (Ø 15-18 cm) with melted butter and pour half a spoonful of batter into it.

Let the batter flow over the bottom of the pan while rotating.

Fry the flange until the top is dry, turn the flange and bake the bottom until golden brown.

Bake 8-10 pancakes.

Drizzle the pancakes with a little liqueur, sprinkle some sugar over them and fold the pancakes in four.

Place 2 pancakes on each plate and spoon the strawberry salad next to it.
