Pangasius, new potatoes and peppers


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (new harvest (bag a 2 kg)), roasted peppers (465 g), onions, fresh parsley (bag of 30 g), olive oil, vinegar, fish stock and pangasius fillet.

Directions

  1. Clean the potatoes with peel and boil in a layer of water with salt to taste in 15-20 min.
  2. Cast off.
  3. Remove and collect the moisture from peppers.
  4. Cut peppers into long strips.
  5. Peel onions, halve and cut into very narrow strips.
  6. Parsley finely chop.
  7. Mix pepper meal with olive oil, vinegar and parsley.
  8. Mix 3/4 of pepper dressing with paprika and onion strips.
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. In a large pan, bring 1/2 liter of water with bouillon tablet to the boil.
  11. Stirring until tablet is dissolved.
  12. Put the fire low.
  13. Place frozen fish in hot stock and simmer for 4 minutes.
  14. Place potatoes and paprika salad on 4 plates.
  15. Remove the fish with a skimmer from broth and lay it aside.
  16. Resting pepper paprika over fish..
