Salmon and broccoli from the wok
Salmon with broccoli, white rice and green pepper.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the broccoli into florets, the onion into wedges, the pepper into strips and the garlic into slices.

Boil the broccoli in plenty of boiling water for 5 minutes, then rinse the vegetables in a colander. Cut the salmon fillet into cubes.

Spoon the cubes with the lemon juice and pepper and salt to taste. Heat in a stirring oil and stir fry the onions wedges and the pepper strips 3 min.

Spoon the salmon cubes and garlic slices and stir fry 2 minutes. Scoop the broccoli through and stir-fry again 2 minutes.

Add some extra lemon juice and (black) pepper to taste. Serve the salmon and broccoli with the rice.
