Omelet with dried hard sausage, red pepper, leek, red onion and shrimps.

Directions

  1. Cut the sausage into slices. Clean the peppers and cut into strips. Clean the leeks and cut into rings together with the onion.
  2. Beat the eggs with the paprika and pepper. Heat the oil and fry the onion and paprika for about 3 minutes. Add the leek and cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Put the sausage and the shrimp through. Pour the egg mixture over it and gently fry the omelette for about 15 minutes.
