Gnocchi with veal ester
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, sage (from bag of Italian spice mix a 20 g), gnocchi di patate, ready-to-cook string beans and veal oysters.

Bring water with salt to the boil in a large pan.

Remove 1 tablespoon of butter, let the remainder in the saucepan melt over low heat.

Remove stalks from sage, cut leaf into strips and mix with melted butter.

Gnocchi in pan, let boiling water, add haricot beans and bring water back to the boil.

Gnocchi cook in approx.

5 minutes until cooked (gnocchi then come to the surface).

Drain and keep warm.

In the meantime, heat 1 tablespoon of butter in large frying pan, veal oysters in both 7 minutes brown on both sides and rosé on the inside.

Divide gnocchi and haricot beans on two plates, put the veal ester next to it.

Serve warm sage butter and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper..
