Cold topping of baked bread crumbs of ciabatta (bread), olive oil, chili flakes and garlic.

Grind the ciabatta in the food processor into bread crumbs.

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the bread crumbs, chilli flakes, pepper and salt if necessary and cook in a crunchy medium on a medium heat for 5 minutes.

Change the pangrattato regularly. In the meantime, cut the garlic clove finely.

Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.

Remove the pan from the heat and let the pangrattato cool down.
