Cold topping of baked bread crumbs of ciabatta (bread), olive oil, chili flakes and garlic.

Directions

  1. Grind the ciabatta in the food processor into bread crumbs.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the bread crumbs, chilli flakes, pepper and salt if necessary and cook in a crunchy medium on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Change the pangrattato regularly. In the meantime, cut the garlic clove finely.
  4. Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and let the pangrattato cool down.
