Directions

  1. Peel 1 orange thinly before the syrup and cut this orange peel into thin strips.
  2. Press both oranges and bring the juice to the boil with the peels and sugar. Let boil briefly until all the sugar has dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool.
  3. Dip the molds with panna cotta briefly in a layer of hot water and pour on plates. Pour a stream of syrup over it and garnish the panna cotta with a few orange peels.
