Pappadums with cucumber dip
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: snack cucumber (or 1/2 small cucumber), ground cumin (djinten), Greek yoghurt, cayenne pepper, paprika powder, pappadums natural (a 10 pieces) and oil for deep frying.

Cucumber cucumber, halve in length and scrape out with teaspoon seeds.

Cucumber coarsely grate and mix with cumin with yogurt.

Dip with salt and cayenne pepper.

Pepper powder over it.

Break or cut every pappadum in 8 bars.

Heat oil in woks or deep frying pan and cook 8 pappadop strips crispy and golden brown in just a few seconds.

Drain pappadums on kitchen paper and serve with cucumber dip..
