Parma ham with melon and peach

Directions

  1. Bring the vinegar and sugar in a saucepan to the boil while stirring. Let boil for 2 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.
  2. Cut 2 parts of melon per person and remove the seeds and peel. Halve the peaches and remove the kernel.
  3. Divide the melon and peach halves over the plates and place a slice of ham on each piece of melon and each peach half.
  4. Drop some vinegar syrup and sprinkle generously with pepper.
  5. Cut the ciabatta into 1 cm slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the ciabatta over a high heat in 2 min. Golden brown. Times regularly.
  6. Serve the bread with the melon and peach.
