Parsnip gratin with brie

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Press the garlic.
  3. Mix in a bowl the cream with the milk, garlic, spring onion, parsley, freshly ground pepper and some salt.
  4. Peel the parsnips, cut into very thin slices and scoop them through the cream mixture.
  5. Make sure that all slices are covered with a layer of cream.
  6. Divide the parsnip mixture over the baking dish and pour the cream left in the bowl over the parsnip.
  7. Place the slices of brie on them.
  8. Fry the parsnip in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and done.
  9. Nice with meat dishes.
