Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Press the garlic.

Mix in a bowl the cream with the milk, garlic, spring onion, parsley, freshly ground pepper and some salt.

Peel the parsnips, cut into very thin slices and scoop them through the cream mixture.

Make sure that all slices are covered with a layer of cream.
