Remove the stems from the apples. Gently tap wooden tapas forks or ice-sticks into the top of the apples. Prepare a baking tray or dish with parchment paper on which the apples can dry without sticking.

Prepare 2 trays that are slightly larger than the apples. Fill one with speckles and the other with the melted chocolate. Dip the apples to half in the chocolate and immediately dip them into the speckles.

Put the apples on the baking paper and put them in the refrigerator so that the chocolate can become hard.
