Pasta pesto with paprika and broccoli
Italian pesto with farfalle, broccoli, peppers, corn grits, pesto and cheese.

Cut the broccoli into florets. Cut the bell pepper into pieces.

Mix the farfalle, broccoli and paprika in a large pan.

Pour boiling water over the mixture and cook the pasta and vegetables according to the directions on the farfalle package.

Add the corn kernels for the last 5 minutes.

Drain everything in a colander and put it back in the pan.

Stir in the pesto and warm it while stirring. Cut the cheese into strips and scoop through the pasta just before serving.
