Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, cut the garlic finely. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the garlic and grilled vegetables for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add the shrimp and cook for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes.

Drain the spaghetti and mix with the pesto and cherry tomatoes. Spoon the grilled vegetables and shrimp carefully through the pasta.

Spread the pasta over the deep plates and spread the bread rolls mini-mozzarella over it.
