Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Slice the shallot and the red pepper.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or frying pan, fry the shallot until it turns light brown, scoop the red pepper and the tomato.

Let it simmer together for 15 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Spoon the tomato sauce through the pasta. Serve immediately.
