Spicy root stew with fish
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes, winter carrot (bag a 1 kilo), margarine, crispino's (fish, frozen, 300 g), milk, potato seasoning (frozen and 50 g).
Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and cook in 20 minutes.
Roast the carrots and cut into slices.
Heat 2 g of margarine in pan and cover the carrots covered in 15 min.
Season with salt and pepper.
Heat 3 tbsp margarine in frying pan and fry 4 min.
On both sides.
Heat milk in microwave.
Stamp potatoes and carrots to stew.
Potato seasoning (with 2 tbsp) and stirring remaining margarine through the stew.
Garnish with the rest of potato herbs and serve with fish..
