Directions

  1. Peel the carrot and grate on a coarse grater.
  2. Add the white cabbages and mix in half a teaspoon of salt.
  3. Add the mayonnaise and vinegar, mix well.
  4. Put the coleslaw covered for at least one hour in the cooling.
  5. Chop an onion and chop the garlic.
  6. Finely chop the red pepper and cut the mushrooms into fine slices.
  7. Fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan with some olive oil over medium heat.
  8. Add the mince and spread it with a spatula.
  9. Raise the heat and add the paprika, red pepper, mushrooms, cumin and flour.
  10. Fry this minced meat mixture in about 5 minutes.
  11. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C with 2 or 3 baking trays.
  12. Add the tomato cubes to the minced meat, simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  13. If it is still too wet, let it boil for another 5 minutes.
  14. Season with salt.
  15. Divide the mixture over the wraps at the last minute.
  16. Put the now-formed pizzas each on a piece of parchment paper and then on a hot baking plate.
  17. Bake 2 or 3 pieces at a time in the oven, about 8 minutes.
  18. Put the pizzas of the baking paper on a piece of aluminum foil and put some coleslaw on it.
  19. Roll up the pizza, roll the foil tightly around it and cut it diagonally in half.
  20. Serve immediately.
  21. Cooking tip: the coleslaw is best when you make it the day before.
