Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente and cook the broccoli florets for the last 5 minutes.
  2. Drain the pasta and broccoli and drain. Return to the pan and add the ricotta, cheese cubes and pesto.
  3. Heat gently for 2 minutes until the cheese begins to melt.
  4. Put the spring onions and tuna through. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the lemon wedges.
