Mix the orange liqueur through the peach cubes. Purée half of the peach cubes and set aside.

Puree half of the raspberries. Scoop the crumbled foam through the whipped cream.

Divide the peach pieces over 4 glasses. Spoon the peach puree as a 'swirl', so in stripes, through half of the whipped cream. Spread this mixture in a layer over the peach pieces. Put the raspberries on it.

Spoon the raspberry puree, also in a swirl through the rest of the whipped cream and scoop this mixture into the glasses as the top layer. If possible, put it in the refrigerator. Garnish with mint.
