Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Divide the pears and apricots over the baking dish and sprinkle the basil over it.

Mix the self-raising flour with the cane sugar and the oatmeal. Knead the vanilla juice with the butter through the flour-sugar mixture. Rub the mixture into crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs over the fruit.

Bake the crumble golden brown in 25-30 minutes. Serve the dish hot or cold. Delicious with the crème fraîche.
