Mango with orange honey dressing
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: lime, mixed nuts (from elite oat tray), liquid honey, oranges, mangos and fresh mint leaves.

Clean the lime and grate the green skin off. Squeeze out the lime. Chop the nuts coarsely and roast them in a dry frying pan, shoveling around golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of honey and the lime zest. Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool down.

Peel the oranges thick and cut the wedges between the fleece. Collect the juice. Place the segments on kitchen paper. Let the orange juice with half the lime juice and 1 tablespoon honey in a saucepan. Let it cool down.

Peel the mangoes with a peeler and cut the flesh into thin slices of the kernel. Spoon the slices with the orange segments. Drip the orange-honey dressing over it and sprinkle the nuts over it. Sprinkle the mint leaves over it.
