Pears with pistachio nuts in wine syrup
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: hand pears, red wine (Beaujolais), liquid honey, ground cardamom and peeled pistachio nuts (minced meat).

Peel the pears, leave the stalk on them.

Cut thin slices from the bottom.

Place pears upright next to each other in small pancakes (pears must fit exactly in a pan).

Add wine with honey and cardamom (pears must be completely covered, add more moisture if necessary).

Season the pears covered in low heat for about 20 minutes.

Remove pears from pan and divide them into four dishes.

Mix the wine mixture over 5 minutes on a high heat to lightly syrup.

Pour syrup over pears.

Sprinkle pistachios over it..
