Muesli ice cream tarts
Vanillo ice cream with crispy muesli, lemon and honey.

Mash the muesli. Let the butter and honey melt in a saucepan. Stir in the muesli.

On flat baking paper of the mixture, make 8 flat circles that are the same size. Let this cool in a refrigerator until they are hard. This takes about 30 minutes.

Squeeze out the lemon. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into segments. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Place a granola on each plate. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the circles. Place the other muesli rolls on the bread roll and press slightly.

Place an apple pie on each turret. Serve the rest of the apple at the turrets. Sprinkle the plate lightly with cinnamon.
