Peas and broad beans with sage, onion and ham
A tasty vegetable salad with peas, broad beans with sage, onion, ham.

Cut the onions in half rings and finely chop the garlic and sage. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and sage for 3 minutes on low heat.

Add the peas, broad beans, pepper and possibly salt and simmer for 7 minutes on low heat with the lid on the pan. Stir occasionally.

Meanwhile, cut the ham into strips. Mix the ham and rocket through the vegetables and serve.
