Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Heat the butter and fruit the spring onion in a frying pan 1 min. Add the ham and frozen garden peas.

Bake for 8 minutes on low heat.

Clean the lemon. Cut the yellow skin of the lemon or zest with a knife the lemon and cut the skin into thin strips.

Add to the pea mixture. Season with (freshly ground) pepper.
