Halve the sprouts. Boil them in water with salt in 10 min. Al dente and drain.

Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil and / or butter in 3 min. On medium heat until golden brown.

Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and fry the ham strips for 5 min.

Add the sprouts and the rest of the butter. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with the sesame seed.
