Directions

  1. Halve the sprouts. Boil them in water with salt in 10 min. Al dente and drain.
  2. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil and / or butter in 3 min. On medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and fry the ham strips for 5 min.
  4. Add the sprouts and the rest of the butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with the sesame seed.
