Pestopenne with surimi
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, penne rigate (pasta), cauliflower, surimisticks (fish), fresh basil (15 g), olive oil, sliced leeks and pesto alla genovese (pot a 190 g).

Cook pasta according to directions on packaging.

Distribute cauliflower in very small florets.

Surimisticks halve.

Remove leaves from basil.

Heat the oil in a skillet and bake cauliflower for 4 minutes.

Add the leek and fry for 3 minutes.

Add surimi and heat for 1 min.

Mix pasta with pesto and pepper to taste.

Spread pasta over 4 plates, create leek cauliflower mixture and sprinkle basil leaves over it..
